```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Oversee the visual merchandising of products to maximize sales potential
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers
- Proficient in inventory control techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
